I founded MoonRabbit VR to reimagine how we shop, dress, and express identity in virtual spaces. From photorealistic avatars to white-label virtual try-on experience for e-commerce, our ecosystem was built for self-expression, interoperability, and fashion that travels with you. from brand websites to games to virtual events.
The Opportunity
Reimagining how we shop and express identity in virtual space.
The idea came to me during COVID, when I found myself endlessly frustrated while shopping online. I couldn’t see how clothes would actually fit or move on my body, and that missing piece made everything feel impersonal, wasteful, and disconnected.
It’s a golden problem: one that, once solved, could transform the way we shop online, making it more intuitive, inclusive, and sustainable.
MoonRabbit VR was born to bridge that gap. To create immersive experiences that help people see themselves in the clothes before they buy, and in turn, reshape the future of fashion.
Branding
The name MoonRabbit was inspired by the global myth of the rabbit on the moon, a symbol seen across cultures, uniting us through shared imagination. It reflects the heart of the brand: a virtual world where anyone can be who they dream to be, all guided by the MoonRabbit - a universal icon of possibility.
Visual Design & UX/UI
At MoonRabbit VR, visual content and UX/UI design became a playground for innovation, bridging familiar design patterns with the emerging language of immersive tech. Since the field was still in its early stages, we had the freedom to experiment, push boundaries, and craft entirely new visual storytelling systems.
This wasn’t just about aesthetics, it was strategic. Every design decision was made with an eye toward the future, ensuring our app experiences would scale seamlessly as immersive technologies evolved into everyday tools for the public. We weren’t just designing for now, we were designing for what’s next.

Try-On Anywhere: White Label
We created a plug-and-play virtual try-on solution that brands could seamlessly integrate into their websites. Fully customisable with their logo, styling, and product lines, this white-label tool brought photorealistic avatars and AR try-ons straight to online stores, turning casual browsing into immersive brand experiences.
A Dream Deferred, Not Lost
Though MoonRabbit VR didn’t make it to launch, the vision remains: a more imaginative, inclusive virtual world where identity, expression, and technology meet. The project was paused when my CTO, based in Ukraine, was directly impacted by the war. But the ideas and innovation behind it continue to influence my work today, and serve as a foundation for future immersive ventures.
